The challenges of paper and disconnected clinic software

!

A handwritten prescription is hard to read at the pharmacy counter, causing dispensing delays and confusion.

!

Last visit's notes and vitals are in paper files or other screens when the patient is sitting in front of you.

!

A photo or plain PDF of a prescription can be altered easily, and nobody has a way to verify its origin.

How it works in your consultation room

Three simple steps from opening the visit to a signed, verified prescription.

01Step 1

Open the visit

Patient history, vitals, earlier prescriptions and invoices appear on the same screen as the patient walks in.

02Step 2

Write or dictate

Symptoms, diagnosis, medicines, advice and a follow-up date on one pad. Search 2.47 lakh medicines with instant autocomplete.

03Step 3

Sign and send

Only the doctor approves. The generated PDF carries your digital signature, registration number, and a cryptographic QR code.

Frequently asked questions

What is EMR software, and how is it different from clinic management software?

An EMR (Electronic Medical Record) is the clinical software doctors use to record medical history, enter vitals, diagnose conditions, and write digital prescriptions. Clinic management software handles operational workflows such as appointment booking, waiting queues, and billing. Healthcare with AI unifies both in one system so clinical notes and administrative tasks share the same database.

Can a solo doctor use it without hiring staff?

Yes. The Solo Doctor plan is built specifically for independent practitioners. You can open the queue, write the prescription on one screen, and generate the bill in under a minute without needing a separate receptionist or assistant.

Does the AI write the prescription?

No. Our inviolable platform rule is: 'AI drafts. The doctor decides.' You can dictate notes or select quick picks, and the system formats the draft, but a prescription can only be approved and signed by a licensed doctor. The AI never diagnoses and never prescribes.

How does a patient or pharmacist check that a prescription is genuine?

Every printed or PDF prescription carries a cryptographic QR code. Scanning the QR code with any smartphone camera opens a page confirming the clinic that issued it and that it is genuine. No patient data is shown.

What does EMR software cost?

EMR and e-prescriptions are included in every plan with no per-prescription charges or per-module fees. Plans start from ₹1,999 a month, inclusive of 18% GST. Every rupee you pay for your plan is converted into credits for WhatsApp messages and AI features.
