Everything else is billed per-token / per-message from your credit wallet — fully transparent rates, set by HWAI.

Each plan includes a fixed team size: Solo Doctor covers 1 doctor + 1 support staff, Clinic covers 5 doctors + 5 support staff, and Hospital / Enterprise is unlimited. Support staff can be anyone on your team — a nurse, receptionist, or assistant. If you outgrow your plan's cap, simply upgrade to the next plan; we never bill a separate per-seat fee.
