Questions about rates
Why does a reminder cost less than an offer message?
WhatsApp prices utility and marketing messages differently; we pass that on. A reminder, confirmation or report is a utility message at 48 credits (₹0.48); an offer or campaign is a marketing message at 184 credits (₹1.84).
Are these rates inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every rate on this page includes 18% GST; GST is never added on top.
What is a credit worth?
1 credit = 1 paisa, so 100 credits = ₹1. Your plan payment becomes credits in full, and every action on this page draws from that balance.
How are calls charged?
By the second, from the moment the call is answered: 10 credits (₹0.10 a second) a second. A 45-second call costs 45 seconds, never a rounded-up minute. A call in progress always finishes.
Is there a monthly charge for WhatsApp calls?
No. WhatsApp calls have no monthly or setup charge: you pay 10 credits a second, only for the seconds you talk. Your own clinic phone number is ₹1,000 a month, taken from your credits.
How are my WhatsApp template messages billed today?
While your WhatsApp number is billed by Meta directly, Meta charges template messages to your WhatsApp Business account and they use no credits. Replies inside a patient's open 24-hour chat have no message charge.
Are the rates different on each plan?
No. Solo Doctor, Clinic and Hospital pay the same rate for every action. Plans differ in how many credits they bring each month, their doctors and staff, and their modules.
Does the clinic software use credits?
Patient records, prescriptions, appointments, the queue and billing are part of your plan. Credits pay for WhatsApp messages, calls and the AI's work, as you use them. Your team works in the software while your wallet has credits. At zero, your clinic admin can still open billing and top up, and everyone carries on as soon as it is paid.
