Questions about credits

What is a credit?

1 credit = 1 paisa, so ₹1 = 100 credits and ₹100 = 10,000 credits. Every price includes 18% GST, and the amount you pay for your plan converts into credits in full.

How many credits does my plan give me?

Solo Doctor: 1,99,900 credits every month (₹1,999). Clinic: 3,99,900 credits every month (₹3,999). On an annual plan your annual payment converts in full, for the year: ₹19,190 for Solo Doctor becomes 19,19,000 credits. Hospital plans have credits set in their agreement.

What uses credits?

The things that cost us money to send: WhatsApp messages you send (reminders, prescriptions, reports, receipts and offers), AI (replies to patients, Voice Rx drafts and AI suggestions), calls answered by the AI receptionist at 10 credits a second, and social media posts and AI replies to comments and messages.

What never uses credits?

The clinic software itself: EMR and patient records, typed prescriptions, OPD, appointments and the queue, the TV token display, billing and GST invoices, reports and analytics, staff logins and attendance, and your clinic website. The same goes for the lab and pharmacy screens (Clinic and Hospital plans) and IPD and bed management (Hospital plan). A message one of these screens sends, such as a prescription on WhatsApp, counts as a message.

How are calls charged?

By the second, from the moment the AI answers: 10 credits (10 paise) a second. A 45-second call uses 450 credits; nothing is rounded up to a minute.

Do replies inside an open WhatsApp chat cost anything?

WhatsApp does not charge for a reply inside a patient's open 24-hour chat, so we add no message charge for it. When the AI writes that reply, the AI part uses credits.

How do I top up?

From the billing screen of your clinic admin, from ₹50 (5,000 credits). Pick an amount, pay, and the credits reach your wallet as soon as the payment goes through. A GST tax invoice for it is e-mailed to you.

How are my WhatsApp template messages billed today?

While your WhatsApp number is billed by Meta directly, Meta charges template messages to your WhatsApp Business account and they use no credits. Replies inside a patient's open 24-hour chat have no message charge.

What if my balance runs low?

Your clinic admin dashboard shows your balance and flags it when it runs low. Your team works in the software while your wallet has credits. At zero, your clinic admin can still open billing and top up, and everyone carries on as soon as it is paid. A call already in progress always finishes.

What happens to my free credits?

You get 10,000 free credits the day you sign up, to use during your 30-day free trial. When you subscribe, your plan's credits are added to the same wallet.

Where can I see how my credits were used?

On the billing screen: your balance, what you have added and spent, this month's usage by WhatsApp, voice, AI and other, each charge with its date and reason, and every plan payment and top-up. A GST tax invoice for every payment reaches your e-mail.
