The Settings page is your control center for configuring every aspect of your clinic's Healthcare with AI account — from basic clinic details to advanced integrations with WhatsApp, Voice AI, and third-party services.

Clinic Settings

Update your clinic name, logo, address, working hours, and contact details. Configure consultation fees, appointment slot duration, and buffer time. Manage departments and specialization tags.

WhatsApp Configuration

Manage your WhatsApp Business connection, view message analytics, configure auto-reply templates, and set up business hours for automated responses. You can also disconnect and reconnect your WhatsApp number here.

Voice AI Configuration

Toggle Voice AI on/off, set language preferences, configure emergency keywords and escalation contacts, and review call transcripts. Set active hours for when Voice AI should answer calls.

Third-Party Integrations

Connect external services: Google Calendar sync, ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) for health records, payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree), and accounting software (Tally, Zoho). Each integration has a guided setup wizard.

Important

Settings changes are restricted to Admin and Clinic Owner roles. Integration connections often require third-party account credentials — never share these publicly.

Tips

  • Review Settings quarterly to ensure your information is up to date
  • Enable ABDM integration early — it's becoming mandatory for many states
  • Use the Audit Log section to monitor who changed settings and when
