Having trouble accessing your Healthcare with AI account? This guide covers the most common account and login issues with step-by-step solutions.

Password Reset

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. 1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. 2. Enter the email address you registered with
  3. 3. Check your email for a password reset link (valid for 1 hour)
  4. 4. Click the link and set a new password (minimum 8 characters, include a number)
  5. 5. Log in with your new password
Check your spam/junk folder if the reset email doesn't appear within 2 minutes

Email Change

To change your registered email address:

  1. 1. Log in with your current credentials
  2. 2. Go to Settings → Profile → Email
  3. 3. Enter your new email address and current password for verification
  4. 4. A verification link is sent to the new email — click it to confirm
  5. 5. Once confirmed, your login email is updated
If you can't log in at all, contact support with your clinic name and phone number for manual email change

Account Locked

Accounts are locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. To unlock:

  1. 1. Wait 30 minutes — the account unlocks automatically
  2. 2. Alternatively, use "Forgot Password" to reset and unlock immediately
  3. 3. If your account was locked by an admin, contact the clinic owner to unlock it
Admin-locked accounts show a "Contact your administrator" message on login

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you're having trouble with two-factor authentication:

  1. 1. Lost authenticator app access? Use one of your saved backup codes to log in
  2. 2. Backup codes used up? Contact support with ID verification to reset 2FA
  3. 3. OTP not matching? Ensure your phone's time is set to automatic (time-based OTPs are time-sensitive)
  4. 4. Want to disable 2FA? Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication
We strongly recommend keeping 2FA enabled for all admin and doctor accounts

Security Notice

Never share your login credentials or 2FA backup codes. Healthcare with AI support will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.

Prevention Tips

  • Use a password manager to store your credentials securely
  • Save your 2FA backup codes in a secure location (not on your phone)
  • Enable 2FA for all accounts with admin or doctor access
  • Review active sessions in Settings → Security to spot unauthorized access
