Creating your Healthcare with AI account takes less than 5 minutes. This guide covers everything from signing up to verifying your email with a one-time code and choosing your entity type.
Visit the Registration Page
Go to healthcarewithai.cloud/register or click "Start Free" at the top of any page.
Verify Your Email
If you signed up with email and password, we send a one-time code (OTP) to your email. Enter it when onboarding asks for it. Signing up with Google skips this step — Google has already verified your address.
Choose Your Entity Type
After verification, you'll be asked to select your entity type. This determines which modules and features are available in your dashboard.
Clinic
Individual or multi-doctor practice
Hospital
Multi-department hospital
Pharmacy
Standalone pharmacy with POS
Pathology Lab
Diagnostic & lab testing center
What Happens Next
Once you select your entity type, the onboarding wizard launches automatically. It guides you through clinic profile setup, WhatsApp connection, and team invitations.
Important
Use a real email address you have access to. Password reset and critical notifications are sent to this address. You cannot change it without contacting support.
Tips
- Use your clinic's official email for better organization
- Keep your registration phone number handy — it's used for OTP verification
- Bookmark your dashboard URL after first login
